AWFUL experience ! I made a reservation on a Tuesday for a table on the following Saturday, when I got there guess what? They couldn't find my reservation and the manager started asking who did I talk to and if I got a confirmation number ! What? Never heard of that for a reservation in a restaurant! Well they got us a table 40 min later and the service just sucks! Lucky us because we could go across the street to the Villagio and there we got service the way it should be! If you can't handle a simple reservation over the phone that indicates you should be out of business ! Never again
