I just renewed my lease for the 3rd time today. I mean, I couldn't resist! My rent only went up $10 again this time and its still stupid cheap! I am getting way more than what I pay for this place, I mean I don't need a gym membership anymore, the resident events are fun, there's tanning and dry saunas, and underground parking garage. Ill be here a while (just FYI) :))
