This is my first time doing a review. Most of the services I have used in the past had me waiting for hours, over charged me and then promised the carpets would look better than new after SEVERAL hours of them drying. Being a mom of five, I was forced to have the carpets cleaned again and decided to use Carpet Cleaning Windermere. They were professional and took the time to pay special attention to the problem areas which by the way, are no longer a problem. I was able to smell just how the clean the carpets were and they were dry in no time flat. Quality servie at a great cost. Finally honest people that stand behind their work!
