They called me twice stating that I still owed them payment & that my payments were late. I had actually asked them to run my credit card in full both times, but this was obviously too difficult for them to manage. When they called me, Tammy didn't even have my contract with in front of her & "could not find it anywhere." They finally found it "under a stack of papers" on someone else's desk. That billing incident happened twice. I emailed them a question about my rentals which took them a week to respond to.
