Horrible! My Husband and I were using them for our wedding, they were wonderful until we had to cancel. My husband's brother was in a car accident and was on life support. After that Chad was so rude. Every other vender has worked with us. When I called to say that we needed to postpone due to a family emergency Chad's exact words were "Well what's the family emergency?". When I told him there was no sympathy. I will never work with this company again because of him.
