Was replacing a toilet and basically just didn't want to do it. The last toilet I had professionally replaced for $100 (in another state) because REPLACING A TOILET IS EASY! I had the thought process that if I could get a quote for something close to that than it would just be worth it to me to have someone else do it for me. So Mister Quick tells my wife that they can't give you a quote over the phone, but that it's a $69 service call fee and then they will give you the quote. Again, thinking that I already bought the new toilet and the fact that it was a 40 minute job, that it wouldn't be too bad and again it would be just another thing I didn't have to deal with. In less than 2 minutes he tells me that it will be over $260 plus the service fee, to which l laughed and thought he misread something. He said "well if you hadn't bought that toilet already it would have been almost $700." Wow, what a deal for me considering that same toilet only cost me $100 at Menard's. So now I'm short $70 and stuck replacing the damn toilet. I'm so glad I left work early today to be home so Mister Quick could rip me off and waste my time. STAY AWAY!
