This spa is clearly only concerned with selling their "skin care" package. I emailed them two weeks ago regarding the fact that my skin had become worse than it had ever been and since I'm in the public eye it was very stressful. You will get a complimentary consultation where they will suggest that their skin care package can do everything including curing the common cold. After I wrote and complained I never heard from them again including to remind me of my upcoming appointment. They were more than happy, however, to charge me for the monthly fee. I wondered why they required you to sign a four month contract and it isn't because this is how long it takes to see results. It is because that way they are guaranteed an income of $400 after you realize that you are being taking for a ride.
