Justin arrived during the scheduled timeframe and was most courteous. He was careful in laying out a dust ocver in front of the fireplace and thoroughly explained the process of chimney cleaning. He cleaned up after the process and then did a fine job cleaning out the dryer vent which included climbing up and onto the roof to clean the roof vent. He is a valuable employee because he represents the company very professionally.
