The people at America's Plumbing Co, Inc. were very thorough and professional. They came right out and right to the problem. They really helped us out! There was a back-up in the sewer line for the bathroom that wasn't allowing the water to go through. The technician from America's Plumbing Co, Inc. found out that there was another lid in another pipe that wasn't allowing the water to go through. He also found a clean-out in another location so the task wouldn't be an additional effort.
This was the first time we used America's Plumbing Co, Inc. I thought they were very customer-friendly. They were very attentive to our concerns and it was very easy working with them!
