Piper is wonderful -- I got a Brazilian and my eyebrows done, and both experiences were great (or as great as getting waxed can be). She is very gentle and takes her time, and is good about listening to what you want and how you want to look. Also, I use Retin-A and was worried about getting my eyebrows waxed, but there were no issues at all. I highly recommend her.
