There is a communication problem between the employees and the reality of the actual schedule of the stylists, etc. TWO different times there was. Problem with what I was told over the phone and what actually occurred with my appointments. The first time I was told a logical sequence of my appointments but when I called the same day as my appointments I was told my hair would be done before a massage??? Of course that is unacceptable. Then I when I had to return on another day I was told I could come in 15 minutes early when I called only to be left sitting for 35 minutes. I guess their time is the only thing that is important. Well I won't be returning here. It's a shame, because the Aveda products are great. The employees were nice just caught in a time and communication warp.
