ever since I began receiving services from Paris Parker, I have continued to be satisfied by highly skilled artists, customer service tailored to my needs, and quality products. i have yet to be let down by the great staff at Paris Parker/Perkins Rowe, especially by Allison (the artist who cuts and styles my hair)!
