I have always had great service at Midas. The owners and staff who communicate with me have been helpful and friendly and I will keep bringing my car there. My complaint about my last visit is that when I received my car back, the whole driver's side and front windshield were covered in mud, which wasn't there when I dropped it off. That has never happened before, and I am surprised a place that is normally very professional would overlook something like that. I am going to continue to bring my car there, though, because I am normally very happy with the service the Short Pump Midas provides.
