My experience has always been positive at this office, and I have recommended this dental office to several others. Both Melinda and Dr. Filbrun do a magnificent job. That said, I do not care for these kinds of inquiries. I feel they take away from your personal contact with with your patients, and attempt to replace "good old fashioned customer service" with nonpersonal electronic contact. I like to think of the Dr. Filbrun office as a "Family Dental Practice", not an electronic chatroom.
