I had a 9:00 am appointment scheduled for a 75 minute scalp & reflexology massage. I was kept waiting until about 9:20 and then was told by the therapist that there would not be time enough for 75 minutes and that I would be "downgraded" (exact words) to an hour. So what I got was a pretty good scalp/neck/shoulder massage - but nothing else. My discount for this whole scenario was 10% off the $95 cost ($9.50). The money isn't even the issue - I guess what I still don't understand is why I was the one that got "downgraded" - did not get the service I signed up for - when I was on time - early actually - the therapist had a client before me - was she late and still got her full service? I never got an explanation.
