We had a 4:15 appt and did not get called in until 4:45. The time spent for the cleaning was fine, but we again waited for the Dentist to check my son's teeth for over 15 minutes. In addition, I had been called earlier in the day regarding a bill that was not even a month past due and I had not received a bill in the mail. I have been prompt in paying all of my family's bills and recent the tone that the receptionist used about the bill being past due. On top of that, when we went to schedule an appt. to have cavity filled there were no times available after school. Was told January would be the soonest available. Very disappointed in all regards.
