I pay quite a bit for the stylist I go to, but I really like her and my hair always looks fantastic when she's finished. She always asks about my life and my family; we have a great time. Imagine my disappointment when I brought my son in shortly after my appointment (he was in the parking lot to pick me up) to introduce her--she's heard so much about him, after all. Another stylist informed me she couldn't come up front because she was in a training meeting (no problem)...and then added coursely that if I wanted my son to meet her that I ought to make a hair appointment for him. All the hard work she had done to build our relationship was compromised by that thoughtless comment. I know it's not my stylist's fault, so I will be back. But it was a real disappointment...
