The last 4 times I have been in Remedez I come away feeling like you really don't want my business. I presented a spa certificate and the clerk acted like I was trying to pull a fast one. There was no warm and fuzzy experience here. I spend hundreds of dollars in your spa however, I will try to find another salon who carries Aveda product in the area and spend my money there. I had the same experience the last few times I had a service in the spa. The service was wonderful, however the front desk people have no customer service skills whatsoever so I end up leaving feeling like I really ought to find another salon.
