The only complaint I have is with your gift card process. Every year one of my children gives me a treatment for my birthday but I never know who it's from- no name on the email or mailer- just the amount. This year when I have been in, they told me about one gift but not the other until I talked with my son who told me he also had sent me a gift cert. but he didn't tell them my email address so he got it instead- however, I was not told of this at the salon. Otherwise, I love coming to Salon Bamboo and love Debbie & treat myself to an occasional Jana!
