I had morning headaches for 3 years. The Dentist gave me an appliance that helped and told me I grind my teeth. I saw Dr Cliff and he found the TMJ on the Asyra and then taught me his TMJ Pain Away Technique which I did. The headaches were totally gone after 3 days. Thank you, its been over 2 years and instead of having headaches 2-3 times a week, I have only had 3 in the past 2 years. I cant believe it is so simple.
