Denise did a great job with my haircut/style. I was surprised when I went to pay & a charge of $32 for Glaze was on the bill. I should have been asked If I wanted to spend extra for this. Because it was my Birthday I would receive a discount on product...why not make it really great & offer it on service?? Thank you, Dolores
