I was surprise that the filling completed at your office approx 2 years ago, might need to be "crowned" or worse. The discussion and ultimate decision with Dr. Gailo at that time was not nearly as "fatal", there was no necessity for crown or root canal. I'm not sure how it has come to this. All I thought happened was I chipped the filling a bit eating a bagel, and might need to be sanded down. But it seemed like the tooth might have cracked all the way down to the root? I'm just confused...I thought fillings last for longer than that. more
