I have to admit we are spoiled. We know that we can count on several important things when we bring our cars in for service: 1)You set an appointment time and you honor that time...our cars have always been serviced at our appointment time, even when you are very busy 2)If you discover something wrong with the car other than what was scheduled to be serviced, you call to explain what you recommend needs to be done BEFORE you do it 3)You do a complete check up of the car even if we are only in for an oil change and 4)We drive away with confidence that our car is safe and well maintained by professionals.
