I used ASG (formerly Matrix) for five years, and I recently replaced them with ADT (with whom I am very pleased and highly recommend). My time with ASG was nothing short of painful, starting with the botched installation and including numerous billing problems, price changes, and poor service. If I hadn’t foolishly signed a five year contract I would have dropped them within the first few months. I would steer clear of them if I were to require security services in the future.
