We boarded our dogs here during the Christmas holiday, what a mistake. When first looking for a kennel we looked at many different facilities and from what we could see and the interaction we had with Susan and Beth this seemed to be an ideal place for our dogs to stay for the week we were out of town.\r
We have 3 large dogs, we supplied a 20 lb bag of dog food for the week, the bag of dog food came back with less than a quarter of the food being used. It was apparent that all three of our dogs had lost weight. We have one dog that needs to take medicine every day; again this was supplied to include two extra days worth of medication. The extra medication was not returned to us nor did anyone know if our dog was given the medication. This same dog was returned to us covered in feces; we had been home two days and have had to take this dog to the Vets for what was diagnosed as stress related Colitis from staying at the kennel. He is now taking 3 different medications to clear this up. He has never been sick with anything before except for a thyroid problem. \r
Our oldest dog is exhausted to the point of not wanting to play or go outside and this is three days after picking them up.\r
The employees at the kennel were rude and seemed to only care about getting paid and getting you out of there, no report verbal or otherwise when picking up our dogs. If we asked anything no one could give us an answer. \r
Our dogs have stayed in kennels before both in Florida and Washington and have never had such a bad experience. Needless to say we won’t be using this kennel again. \r
