This might be the worst Pep boys that I have ever been too. This location is the reason why I no longer go to Pep Boys. My honda civic was running hot so I paid them to see what the problem was, they told me it was the water pump and said it would be about $500 to fix it when I came back to get the work done a week later the quote went up to $800. I was so mad that I had firestone do the work, after changing the water pump hot my car was still working hot!!! Then I found out that Pep Boy didn't even give me the right information!! It was a whole other problem. Management just points fingers at each other and doesn't make anything happen. I will never go back to this store or any Pep Boys
