Official has been great. Very responsive. Just before Christmas I had mice in the house. With company coming I was very concerned and embarrassed. Official came out the same day that I called. The service man that came out (I think his name was Travis), actually caught three mice in my garage before leaving my house. They came back to check on the traps several days later and by the time my family members arrived our mouse problems were gone. Now I have Official come to my house regularly so that I won't have to deal with bugs at all. Love the service!!!!!!!!!!!!
