I sent my daughter for a simple tire repair. It turns out that the tire couldn't be repaired. But they did manage to work up a $1300 estimate for repairs. She comes home worried and frustrated, because they give her a laundry list of repairs. Parts needing replaced that are less than 6 months old, and just BS. If you value your pocket book, steer clear. It seems to me they are in the business of taking advantage of young, college kids, or those not in the know. I will never use a Firestone service center again
