EXCEPTIONAL!!! I do not know what I would have done without Preferred Automotive over the past 15 years. Our family has owned many "older" cars over the years and Preferred keeps us on the road. Their customer service is stellar, and their pricing is always honest and fair. They also stand 100% behind their work. The staff are professional, friendly and very concerned about providing the customer with the best service and quality of repair. They have a convenient "night drop" service if you need to leave your car after hours. Going above and beyond, they even took the time to instruct my teenagers about basic care maintenance and safety when they started driving. When we needed to buy another used car quickly, they were able to help us out and found an inexpensive car in good condition that my teenage son could drive to school.
