I see that another contributor has already commented upon the unsatisfactory service and cuisine provided by Andrea's on Christmas Day 2010. I phoned in on 12/27 to complain; and, instead of being listened to, was told that I was the ""first person to complain"" about the service (as if that would make any difference). Also, the young lady I spoke with wasn't interested in taking my report, but promised to ""find my ticket"" and get back with me. Not to my surprise, I have not heard from anyone at Andrea's since. Andrea's seems to have become comfortable with bad service, bad food, and bad management. Too bad for its patrons.
