my girlfriend was having some problems with her 2001 honda accord recently (leaking oil), and we decided to go to a dealer because of poor experiences with local pepboys and firestone shops. we went to dean honda because it is closest to where we live (baldwin borough) and were holding our breath fearful of a huge bill.\r

we were blown away by how friendly and helpful the service rep from dean honda was. his name was dan and he was very up front and had us totally at ease when we talked to him. no pressured sales tactics like i have seen at some other chain auto repair shops. the work was done well and her accord is no longer leaking. most importantly the price was fair, and we did not feel at all ripped off.\r

overall, we will certainly be paying more visits to dean honda in the future. probably even for oil changes and routine maintenance. i recommend anyone else to do the same\r
