Lisa is a great dentist, but she needs to hire a professional receptionist who can answer the phone and be pleasant to the clients. I have referred a few people to her but due to lack of receptionist, most people were turned off. She takes care of her patients and go the extra mile, but her assistant Dee is not the best person to talk to clients. She is abrupt and thinks that she can be both receptionist and assistant. If Lisa hires an office manager, her office will improve. Of course, with Dee's attitude, it would be hard.....
