Jim and his field crew are fantastic. They got the work done in stealth time and I am snug and warm for the winter. Jim knows his stuff and Pam is so friendly to talk to. From the first meeting, I feel like they really listened to what I needed and didn't delude me. I wish they were plumbers as well, I would hire them for the next job.
