I have had the worst experience with this rental company that I have ever had. When me and my roommates signed a lease with Northcutt we put down a cleaning fee. The day we moved in the house was an absolute wreck (even though we had to pay to have it cleaned). They come into our house all the time unannounced and for long periods of time. I have talked to Chris Northcutt (the owner) himself about all of this and he has been very rude and spoke to me like a dog. I will never ever rent from them again and advise you to do the same if you ever want to feel comfortable in the house that you pay to live in.
