OH BOY!!! do I have experience with the Banfield. As an ex-employee and not a "disgruntled" one. While I was there I saw horrible care by certain doctors, I witnessed the over-charging of clients for services not that were not given. \r
Not all the doctors there were bad. The so-called Chief of Staff was by the worst.\r
I saw treatments rushed threw, animals who should be in recovery after surgery, left in cages, unattended.\r
If you go only see Dr. Singh or Dr. Mike, other than that run to the hills if any other walks into the room.
