We had an odd water leak in our laundry room that we could not figure out. Water seemed to be coming from the furnace, which did not make sense, so we called the number on the side of the furnace, and we were directed to Service Legends. We got someone to come out that Saturday night and take a look. It turns out the humidifier was draining into a hose which was backed up, so water was overflowing. So, the technician did an inspection of the furnace. He ran a camera through all the nooks and crannies and noticed that we had deep cracks in the heat exchange. He very apologetically informed us that he had to turn the furnace off, and he advised us where to get space heaters and what our options were.
I called the main office to make arrangements and the person I spoke with actually rearranged his schedule to meet us Sunday morning. He was very helpful and he explained everything to us. He definitely had a professional business manner and he was very knowledgeable. We were ultimately able to schedule something for the very next day.
The two technicians came out and looked things over. There were a couple of times when they seemed unsure or had questions, but they made judgement calls rather than skimping on the work. They took time to get the job done right and make sure everything worked. I ended up not doing all of the ductwork at that time, but the new furnace heats the house much better and the installation looks great. They then came back and gave us a plan for moving forward.
Service Legends Heating & Cooling did a good job and I feel like they took care of us. They were clear and upfront throughout the process, and they got everything done in a timely manner. And, the quality was very good. I have nothing bad to say about them.
