BEWARE - if you care about your knives DO NOT TAKE THEM TO THESE GUYS. After reading their reviews I had them sharpen my Henckles Professional S bread knife and I regret that I ever set foot in this place. The knife was returned to me with scratches across 2/3 of the area of the blade. They tried to buff the scratches out and made a bigger mess. A $90 dollar knife that I was once proud to own is absulutely ruined. When I raised the issue with the owner he became defensive and argumentative and claimed that the knife was scratched when I brought it to him. He eventually admitted that he scratched it when he tried to hone it but refused to do anything about it except return the $8.50 that I paid him. If you're looking for even a semblance of quality workmanship or professional service you certainly will not find it here.
