I personally have worked with one of the personal trainers for the past few months - Gabi. And, I would recommend her to anyone that wants personal training or a stretch. Gabi has guided me to a healthier lifestyle and I have seen changes in my body. I just love looking at myself in the mirror and I also enjoy my conversations with her.\r

Also, I would recommend Alex with the reformer as part of your routine too. Ive only been to one so far but I have now included this machine into my weekly workout. As far as Alex, I have found her to explain every movement you will make on the machine so precise and at the same time she observes your position on the machine making sure you are doing it correctly so you won't injure yourself. To me--that is simply amazing.
