gave ed a call a week ago during the first snow storm because the heat went out, he told me he didn't have an opening readily available to come out right then, he had an appointment a few miles away and came over giving me a call telling me he had a few to look at it. he had it started back up in less than ten min. told me what was wrong and said it was likely to happen again that the only permanent fix was replacement, told me to get a co2 monitor. and when it happened again tonight i called him up and he walked me through resetting it.
