Had a terrific experience with NYLS. My broker, Alex Caballero, has been excellent. When other brokers told me that I wouldn't find what I was looking for in my price point, Alex was able to make it happen. After speaking with him for a few minutes over the phone, he was immediately able to narrow down a list to 2 buildings -- both of which I absolutely loved. After viewing the apartments, I would randomly have additional questions I wanted to ask Alex and each time I called/emailed him, I would receive an immediate response (even on a Sunday night!). I just signed the lease for the apartment I wanted and now Alex is helping me to figure out the best design to go with. Definitely over and beyond the call of duty! I'm so happy that someone referred me to NYLS and Alex.\r
