Worst car experience I have ever had! My car was towed there and I had to get a new fuel pump put in. When I got the car back, I found food they left in my car, the seats were reclined, and they left a tool in my back seat like they were having their lunch in my car! I called and told the manager and he apologized to me, so I didn't think any more of it. Only 2 weeks later (during the big snow storm in Reno) my car came to a rolling stop while I was driving. When I called the manager, while I was stranded in the snow, he was rude and didn't care. All he could say was ""No ones in till Monday. Nothing I can do"". I had to have it towed again and my mom had to drive up from California so I could be home in time for Christmas. They didn't call me back to let me know what was wrong for 4 days, and when I finally got through, they told me they put the fuel pump in upside down so it wasn't getting any gas. When I got my car back, I was shocked. I found a CD player and a CD with a naked girl on it on my front seat, some unknown raw meat smashed in my back door, and all of my things thrown into my trunk. We have been trying to get a hold of them for almost 2 weeks now and they will not call back.
To sum it up, City Auto Towing has HORRIBLE customer service and VERY bad work ethics. If you want your car back in the condition you left it, don't go there!!
