I have been to about 5 different stores attempting to resolve a motherboard issue to which my computer was highjacked for 5 weeks before simply getiing sold a replacement. Then i brought it to Jacob and within 1 week problem solved and for less than 1/2 what i was quoted for just the parts at other retailers. He's what i would call an ""affordable genius"". No peer on the west side.
