On a trip to NY, the original car service that I booked with did not have availability but decided to let my family know once we arrived at the JFK airport looking for our car. I saw a car from NY Limo Trans picking someone else up, assisting them with luggage, opening and closing doors, so I ask the driver for the number and some came to pick us up within 7 minutes, AND got us to our event ONTIME!
