We had The Hitmen Termite do an evaluation. They took a sample of the bugs and determined that they were not termites, which is nice. The technician was really nice and professional. It was a good experience, and I have since had them come out to spray a couple of times and they are scheduled to return.
I have already mentioned them to people. They were great about contacting me via email or over the phone to say when they were coming. I like that they use a more natural product that is nontoxic.
