I had to wait five months for an appt. to see Dr. Mackey even though someone else was available earlier. I asked why. She said it was because I have Blue Cross coverage and Dr. Mackey takes those. We have good coverage (my husband of course pays alot for it) and the owner wants all the patients with good insurance. So I had to wait longer because I had good insurance. We are former Dr. Zampagno patients. I know she got herself in trouble but she was a wonderful caring doctor. I sure miss her.
