In November 2009, my wife and I hired Phillips Webster to file our Chapter 13 Bankruptcy case. Very responsive before the papers and contract were signed. Paid $1,800.00 in full and that's supposed to cover everything until the case is confirmed. Filed the case and went to the 341 Hearing in January 2010. There were a couple of problems with the case before the plan can be confirmed. And the nightmare begins. We tried all communication methods as listed below and receive no response at all. In November 2010, we received a notice from the Trustee's Office that our case will be dismissed if we don't respond by January 19, 2011. Since then we've hired a new attorney to represent us.

I'm wondering how many people have fallen victim to this kind of malpractice at Phillips Webster.
