I've only been doing CrossFit since November, 2010 and must say, I LOVE IT! More importantly, I love CrossFit Steele Creek, the trainers are awesome and really helpful, the owner being a Chiropractor and having been myself was a huge help! The gym is a family, everyone pushes harder because of those around you, and in the same respect you push them. No egos or attitudes here, just hard work, and I'm proud to be a member.
