I have always gone to the gym and run on the treadmill, lifted weights and done crunches. This sustained me for awhile but after I had 3 kids, it was hard to shed the baby weight just doing those things. I joined crossfit 6 months ago and not only am I in the best shape of my life, the workout is awesome everyday. It is never the same and it targets your entire body. There is something to be said for a place that continues to make you sore even after you have been doing it for 6 months. The instructors are amazing and really know what they are talking about. They really take the time to get to know you and work with you towards YOUR goal, whatever that may be. I highly recommend CFSC to anyone and everyone. I am 100% sure I will never go back to a regular gym again!!
