Bill from the $9.99 Carpet Cleaners was very professional and courtesy. They came on time and went thourgh the estimate with through explanations before the actual procedures and they were quick and prompt. I actually had to call them back to do some missing parts that night hoping they can come back sooner, and they were beyond my expectations, came back right next day and did excellent and extra job for me. I am very happy for thier services, my horrible pet stains pretty much all gone, and the carpet is nice ands shiny. I am very happy with thier service and professionalism! Thank you Bill and Brian!
