These are the rudest and most unprofessional people I have ever had the unfortunate experience of talking to. I called regarding a dispute on my credit report, and the woman who was taking my call was extremely ill temepered and even accused me of lying. The people who work for this company are the reason why people hate debt collectors SO MUCH. They are rude, unprofessional, and have no right to treat people the way they do.
